Membership and drop-in fees are not refunded.
Once you pay, whether for a full season or a single drop-in visit, that payment is final. The club does not issue refunds for a change of plans, a missed session, or deciding the club is not for you after all. This is the club's standing policy, the same one it has always published, not a new restriction added for the site.
A single session being cancelled, a closed gym for example, does not entitle a member to a refund; the season fee covers the season, not any individual night. If the club cancels the season outright, everyone registered is refunded in full.
