Inviting guests
Invite a club member or bring a friend, and what they see.
Open the Bookings tab and tap Invite someone under your court. Then pick who you are inviting.
Invite a club member
- Pick A club member.
- Search by first name.
- Tap a name. We email them right away.
The email has two buttons: Join this court and Decline. It is free for members. Their spot is not held until they tap Join this court.
- If they tap Decline, you get an email within about 10 minutes so you can invite someone else. If they tap Undo before then, you get nothing.
- If they change their mind, they can still join while a spot is open.
- They can reply to the email to reach you. To stop this, turn off Let people I invite reply to me by email in Settings.
Your court card lists everyone you emailed under Invited by email:

Invite anyone else
Anyone can join your court with one link. They do not need an account. Each guest pays a $5 guest fee by card every time they join.
- Pick Anyone else. Or tap the copy icon to copy the link right away.
- Send the link by text or any app, such as Messages or WhatsApp.
When it is shared, the link shows a picture that says You're invited. People you send the link to are not on the Invited by email list.
What your guest does
- Opens the link.
- Types their name and email.
- Accepts the waiver. They can read it on the same page.
- Pays the $5 guest fee by card. Their spot is held while they pay.
- Gets a spot, and sees Payment received.
They get an email with a private link to the court and a calendar file.
What your guest can do
- See who else is on the court.
- Add to calendar.
- Leave this court. They can join again from the same link. Leaving does not refund the guest fee, and we remind them before they leave.
Refunds
Your guest gets the $5 back by card if:
- you take them off your court,
- you cancel the court before the night starts, or
- the club cancels the night.
If they leave on their own, the fee is not refunded.
Joining the club
There is no limit on how often a friend can join your court. They pay the guest fee each time. If a guest later joins the club, you are listed as the member who brought them, and you earn XP.
Turn the invite off
Tap Turn off invite on your court. People already on the court stay. Nobody new can join.
