Reserving a court
Hold a court for yourself and your friends.
On Reserve Courts nights, you can reserve a whole court. Up to six people can play on it, you included.
Reserve a court
- Open the Schedule tab.
- Find a night that shows Courts to reserve.
- Tap Reserve a Court.
You can reserve one court per night. If all the courts at the gym are taken, the night shows that no courts are free.
Who can see your court
- Other members see you as the host and how many people are on the court. They do not see the other players.
- People on your court see everyone on it.
- The club's admins see everyone.
Manage your court
Open the Bookings tab. Under your court you can:
- Invite someone: email a club member, or send the court link to anyone else. See Inviting guests.
- See who you emailed under Invited by email, and whether they Joined or Declined.
- Remove a player.
- Turn off invite so nobody new can join.
- Cancel court to give it back.
Give the court back
Tap Cancel court. Everyone on it is emailed. Your own booking for the night is cancelled too.
